What information this site collects when you contact us, why we process it, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the rights you can exercise over it.

The short version
We collect the minimum we need to answer you and deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we use analytics that do not set cookies or identify you personally.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Whatever you type into a form on this site — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry.
- Technical information. When a form is submitted we record the time, the page it came from, and the IP address and approximate country of the request. This is used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Aggregate analytics. We measure page views and traffic sources using a privacy-preserving analytics service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It may store small preferences in your browser's local storage — for example, remembering that you dismissed the install prompt — which never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide and administer the service you requested, to keep records we are required to keep, and to protect the site from spam and abuse. Where the law requires consent, we rely on the consent you give by submitting a form.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site work: our hosting and content-delivery provider, our form and email delivery providers, and our analytics provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We disclose personal information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
Text messages
When you give us a mobile number on a booking or quote form, you agree that Drive Limos may contact you by SMS about that reservation — confirmations, chauffeur details, arrival notices and changes. These are transactional messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; opting out of texts does not cancel a booking, so please call us if you need to change a reservation.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your record sooner.
Your rights
Under applicable United States federal and Illinois state privacy law, and — where they apply to you — the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion — ask us to delete it, subject to records we must retain by law.
- Correction — have inaccurate information corrected.
- Opt out — of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
