Drive Limos is built for volume. We are not the company you ring to discuss champagne preferences — we are the one that gives you a firm, itemised number at 4am and has a car outside at 4:30.
Published rates
The full price list sits on the homepage — six vehicle classes, both airports, hourly rates, minimums, surcharges and cancellation windows. Nothing is quoted on request. You can compare us with any operator in Chicago without making a phone call.
Instant online quoting
The calculator prices your exact trip — service, vehicle, date, time, address — and shows the itemised total before asking for your name. Base fare, any surcharge, gratuity where it applies, tolls and tax, all on one receipt-style breakdown.
Booking, 24 hours a day
The site takes bookings at any hour. So does the phone: dispatch is staffed around the clock, every day, and a person answers. Confirmation comes back by text within about ten minutes with the vehicle, the chauffeur and the same total you saw.
Licensed and insured
We operate as a licensed City of Chicago livery service and carry commercial liability cover on every vehicle. Our licence number is [licence number] and a certificate of insurance is available on request, issued as standard to corporate accounts at onboarding.
Background-checked chauffeurs
Every chauffeur holds a current public chauffeur licence and clears a background check and drug screening before a first shift. They are trained by us, in uniform, and their name reaches you before the vehicle does.
Live flight tracking
Give us a flight number and we watch it from the gate. If the aircraft is delayed, the pickup moves automatically and nothing is charged for the change. Commercial arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait from touchdown.
No hidden fees
What "all in" means, item by item.
"No hidden fees" is a claim anybody can make, so here is the concrete version. These are the only things that can appear on a Drive Limos invoice, and every one of them is priced on this website before you book.
Already inside the quoted number
- Fuel and mileage. No per-mile top-up, no fuel surcharge, no distance adjustment on arrival.
- Tolls. Every plaza on your route is already inside the fare.
- Airport access and staging fees. Charged to us at ORD and MDW; never passed on separately.
- Tax. Applicable ground transportation tax is inside the total, not added at the end.
- Free wait. 60 minutes on commercial arrivals from touchdown; 10 minutes at a kerbside pickup.
- Child seats and extra luggage. No charge — tell us what you need when you book.
- Booking and card processing. There is no booking fee and no service fee.
- Flight tracking and automatic re-timing. Free, on every airport transfer.
The only things that can be added — and you choose all of them
- Gratuity, 20%. Added to hourly charters only, shown as its own line in the quote. Never added to an airport transfer or a point-to-point fare.
- Late night, +$10 per hour. Pickups between 11:00pm and 4:29am. Shown before you book.
- Extra stop, $10. Each additional stop on a point-to-point fare. Stops inside an hourly charter are free.
- Meet & greet, $30. Optional, airport only — the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name board.
- Extra hours. At the same published hourly rate, if you keep the vehicle longer than booked.
- Wait beyond the free window. Confirmed with you before it is charged.
- Weekend minimums. Charter minimums rise by one hour on Saturday and Sunday — the calculator applies it for you.
- Damage or excessive cleaning. Rare, itemised, evidenced, and set out in the terms.
There is no surge pricing. A Saturday at 11pm costs the published rate plus the published late-night surcharge, and nothing else. If a figure ever appears on your invoice that was not on your quote, tell us and we will remove it.

Drive Limos was founded in [year founded] and operates a fleet of [fleet size] vehicles across six classes — executive sedan, luxury SUV, Sprinter van, stretch limousine, 24-seat mini bus and 30-passenger party bus — from [garage location].
We serve the City of Chicago, O'Hare and Midway, and the suburbs across Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will and Kane counties, plus long-distance runs to Milwaukee, South Bend and Indianapolis. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice; those bookings are taken by phone so we can confirm the correct lift or ramp equipment and assign a chauffeur trained on it.
Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with cost codes by traveller or department, and receive a certificate of insurance at onboarding. There is no minimum spend and no annual commitment.
