How the run actually goes
Most Naperville runs go out on I-88 and pick up I-294 north for O'Hare or south for Midway. The Eisenhower is usually the slower answer. We build 20 minutes of buffer into weekday morning pickups from anywhere west of Route 59, because the I-88 tollway backs up from Naperville Road most weekdays before 8am.

For a domestic flight we normally set pickup three hours before departure, and three and a half for international out of Terminal 5. That builds in the I-88 and I-294 morning slowdown. If you would rather cut it finer, tell dispatch and we will set the time you want — we will just say once what we think.
Yes. Multi-venue Naperville weddings are booked as an hourly charter on one vehicle, or as a group shuttle with several vehicles on one itinerary and one invoice. Hourly charters carry a 20% gratuity, shown as its own line in the quote and already inside the total.
