Straight answers.
Yes. Fuel, tolls, airport access fees and tax are inside the number, and where gratuity applies it is shown as its own line and already added to the total. The only things that change it are things you change — extra stops, extra hours, or wait time beyond the free window. Each of those is priced on this page before you book, and re-confirmed in writing if it happens.
Give us the flight number and we track it from the gate. If the flight moves, your pickup moves with it automatically and there is no delay charge. Commercial arrivals include 60 minutes of free wait from touchdown; kerbside departures include 10 minutes. If your flight is cancelled outright, so is the charge.
Free cancellation up to: 2 hours before pickup on sedans and SUVs; 24 hours on stretch limos and Sprinter vans; 1 week on prom bookings; 2 weeks on mini buses and party buses. The longer windows exist because those vehicles are taken out of the fleet for your date. Full terms travel with your confirmation text and email.
We operate as a licensed City of Chicago livery service, every chauffeur holds a current public chauffeur licence and clears a background check and drug screening, and we carry commercial liability cover on every vehicle. Our licence number and a certificate of insurance are available on request and are issued as standard to corporate accounts at onboarding.
Every suburb. The published airport flat rates are for downtown Chicago; suburban pickups and drop-offs are priced live in the calculator so you still see a real number, not a “call us”. Naperville, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Evanston, Hinsdale and Arlington Heights are our highest-volume routes, and we run long-distance to Milwaukee, South Bend and Indianapolis on request.
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice so we can schedule the correct lift or ramp equipment and a chauffeur trained on it. Please book accessible trips by phone on (312) 555-0188 rather than through the calculator — it lets us confirm the specific equipment you need. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, tell us and we will take the booking whichever way suits you.
All major credit and debit cards. Nothing is charged when you submit the calculator — we confirm the booking by text first, then take payment on a secure link before the trip. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly with cost codes by traveller or department. We do not store card details on this website.
